An escape room is a themed room that your team has situationally been 'trapped' in and must piece together information in order to escape. You may find puzzle pieces, hidden objects or texts, sensors and triggers that will need to be used correctly in order to open the locks that will lead to your exit and win.

If time permits, our staff may allow some extra time or we can come into the game and complete a walk through of the remainder of the game (if you want).
NOTE- Extra time or a walkthrough is only available for groups that are on time for their booking. Circumstances out of our game masters control may also require their time urgently, so they may not be able to provide you extra time or a walk through.
More players may mean that some will be left out as there are only so many puzzles that can be worked on at one time. We recommend either splitting into separate escape rooms where possible if you have a large group. However, if you desperately want an extra person or so in the one room you can give us a call and we may be able to abide depending on the room.

For groups of 20-40 players we charge $45 per player, and
41 or more players then it is $40 each. Check out the events page or give us a call for terms and conditions!
Reschedules: Players may reschedule their booking up until 24 hours prior to their game start time. If players need to reschedule within 24 hours of their game start time they will need to pay a rescheduling fee of $60 if they have already paid in full. If customer's have only paid a deposit of $60, and wish to reschedule within 24 hours of their event start time, they forfeit their deposit and must make a new booking. If you have rescheduled within 24 hours and paid the fee, you will not be able to cancel at a later date in return for a credit.

Refunds/Cancellations: If you are cancelling before 24 hours of your event we will provide a credit for the amount paid. We do not give out cash refunds once the booking is confirmed. If you need to cancel your entire booking within 24 hours of the event we will not provide any refunds/credits. If some members of the group are no longer attending we need 24 hours notice prior to the event in order to provide a credit.
Lateness: If you are running more than 15 minutes late for your session the Game Master has the right to shorten or cancel your game. This may be necessary to avoid the next session being affected or the employee exceeding their rostered hours.
No Shows: If you or some players do not show up to the booking you forfeit the money put down on the booking.​ We will not provide a refund or credit for no shows. If you have only paid a minimum deposit, you can change your player numbers up until the time of the event.
Breakages: By agreeing to play one of our rooms you are accepting responsibility for your behaviour during the game. Any breakages or failure to follow the Game Masters instructions may result in your being asked to leave the premises early and provide monetary compensation for excessive breakage.
